As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan furnished with a contemporary and modern style including a comfortable sofa and two accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a sun lounger and a four-seat patio table is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation. A cartoon-themed games room equipped with a basketball shooting game and air hockey table provides hours of entertainment when the theme park days are over and the fun can continue. On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional king-sized bedroom, and an under the sea themed children's bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin-sized beds total). A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs. .
